Mrs. Carmen Porras of Guntersville, AL, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012 at her residence. She was 72 years old. She was born April 16, 1939 to Manuel and Juana Lopez Porras in Mexico. She is survived by daughters Yolanda Vega, Maria Vega, Flor Vega, and Elvira Vega; sons Daniel Vega, Jesus Vega, Aisaias Vega, and Manuel Vega; husband Eufemio Vega; 14 grandchildren; and sisters Juana Mireles and Maria de Jesus Porras. Funeral Service for Mrs. Porras was Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at St. William's Catholic Church in Guntersville at 5:00 p.m. Visitation was Monday, March 26, 2012 at Carr Funeral Home from 6-8:00 p.m. The burial was in Guntersville City Cemetery.
