Virginia P. Hill - Age 92 - of Marietta, Georgia (formerly of Guntersville), passed away on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Specialty Health Care of Marietta. Service for Ms. Hill will be Monday, April 25, 2011 at 3 pm at Carr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike McFarland officiating and Carr Funeral Home Directing. Interment will be in Crestview Cemetery. Visitation for Ms. Hill will Monday, April 25, 2011 from 1 until 3 pm at Carr Funeral Home Chapel.

Virginia P. Hill was born in the state of Alabama, November 6, 1918; the Daughter of James Curbie and Nannie Sue Jordan Pritchett.

Ms. Hill is survived by 1 Son, Bill Hill and his wife, Dianne, of Georgia; a Daughter-in-Law, Geri Pritchett, of Tennessee; 7 Grandchidlren; 7 Great-Grandchildren; and 1 Brother, Jack Pritchett of Albertville. Ms. Hill was preceded in death by her parents: J.C. and Nannie Sue Pritchett; 1 Son, Don Pritchett; 3 Brothers: James C. Pritchett, Jr., Ira Pritchett, and William Pritchett; and 3 Sisters: Lois Pritchett, Lena Kathryn Coker, and Mary Francis Hayes.
