Odie Estelle Hill - Age 96 - of Guntersville, passed away on
Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Barfield Health Care. Service for
Mrs. Hill will be Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 11 am at Carr Funeral
Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Watkins officiating and Carr Funeral
Home Directing. Interment will be in New Canaan Cemetery at
Painter, Alabama. Visitation for Mrs. Hill will be Wednesday
Evening, June 29, 2011 from 6 until 8 pm at Carr Funeral Home.
Odie Estelle Hill was born in the State of Alabama, May 15,
1915; the daughter of James Walter and Mattie Stepehens Murphy.
Mrs. Hill is survived by 13 Grandchildren and A Host of Great
and Great-Great Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews. Mrs.
Hill was preceded in death by her 1st Husband, Garfield Morgan; her
2nd Husband, Sherman Hill; a Son, James (JBud) Morgan; and 2
Daughters: Lola Weaver and Mavis Davis.
