Nora Elizabeth Couch - Age 91 - of Guntersville, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Shepherd's Cove Hospice in Albertville.  Service for Mrs. Couch will be Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 2 pm at Warrenton Methodist Church with Bro. Ralph Johnson and Bro. Philip Bradley officiating and Carr Funeral Home Directing.  The Body will lie in state at the church from 1 until 2 pm.  Interment will be in Diamond Cemetery.  Visitation for Mrs. Couch will be Tuesday, June 7, 2011 from 6 until 8 pm at Carr Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Harry Douglas, Charles Douglas, Brownie Harrison, John Gibson, Johnny Chamness, and Bubba Martin.

Nora Elizabeth Couch was born in the State of Alabama, October 23, 1919; the daughter of Patrick and Nancy Ledbetter Douglas.

Mrs. Couch is survived by 2 Daughters: Carol Anderson and her husband, Von, of Guntersville and Nancy Williams and her husband, Mickey, of Guntersville; 4 Grandchildren: Amy Carol Fondren and her husband, Scott, Julie Marie Floyd and her husband, Jimmy, Catherine Elizabeth Narrell and her husband, Adam, and Michael Hugh Williams II; 7 Great-Grandchildren: Jessica Williams, Sarah Fondren, Carson Floyd, Hailey Fondren, John Michael Williams, Lane Narrell, and Rachel Elizabeth Floyd.  Mrs. Couch was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Nancy Douglas, 6 Brothers, and 2 Sisters.
