It is with great sadness that the family of James Neal (Weeb) Eubanks annouces his passing after a brief fight with cancer, on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at the age of 67 years.

Jim's passing has left a void in the lives of his many friends and family members. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Diane and children, Niki Eubanks Anthony (Ryan), Michelle Eubanks Boals (Brian), Melissa Lucarelli, Matt Lucarelli (Carol) and Ethan Lucarelli (Victoria). He will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rowan, Banks, Alex, Evelyn, Cecelia, and A.J., by his cousin, Linda Mullins (Larry) and his former wife and friend, Susan Eubanks. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret Belle and Chelsea Columbus Eubanks.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 17 from 3 pm-8 pm at McMurrough Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville, Il 60048.

A Memorial Service celebrating Jim's life will be held on Thursday, August 18, at 10:30 am at St. Joseph Church, 121 E. Maple Ave., Libertyville, Il 60048.

Graveside Service and Interments will be Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 2 pm at Taylor Cemetery at Guntersville, Alabama. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Carr Funeral Home, 1960 O'Brig Ave, Guntersville, Al 35976 from 12 until 1:30 pm.

Jim retired from the business world after many years at the IBM Corporation. Jim was a lifelong Outdoorsman and Wildlife Enthusiast. He was a Gourmet Cook and a BBQ Rib Master, An Amateur Historian, and a Collector and Reseller of Fine Antiques.
