I have had such a heavy heart upon hearing the news. Frank was my boss and mentor for many years and was the easiest person to get along with and respect. I will always remember our talks on bass fishing on Guntersville Lake and really enjoyed hearing his stories and about how much he enjoyed that part of his life. My husband and I will miss Frank dearly and will have his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I just wanted to offer deepest sympathies to Frank's family. It has been a number of years since I worked with Frank in the Environmental team. He was the foundation of the documentation effort, very knowlegeable and had a great heart. One of the best memories is his statment every Monday when asked about the weekend - " They're ALL good!" We'll miss Frank sorely.

Our condolence's to Franks wife & family. We have known Frank for years. He was the driving force on putting together the CCAD on-site contractor team. Without Frank, we wouldn't have been so successful here at CCAD. Frank was not only a co-worker but a dear friend to us all here at CCAD. A friend that you could always count on. He will truly be missed!! God Bless you Frank!!!

It was always a pleasure to see Frank around the office at CGI/Stanley Associates. While I did not work closely with him, it was obvious that he loved his work and his family, and he always had something funny to say. My condolences to his family.

I met Frank when I got a job at the AMCOM Environmental Team. We worked together from 2001 to 2007. Frank had a very professional way of explaining issues that can only be compare with some of my best teachers. He taught me a lot about personnel interaction and helped me to grow as a manager. It is really sad to realize that he is no longer there to be asked, but it is really comforting to think that he finished the race and that it was a good one. I pray that God will comfort his family and friends.
