Florence Bay, born March 9,1923, lived most of her life in the
St. Louis, Missouri area. To be closer to family, she moved
to Barfield Health Care, in March of 2007. She died
peacefully August 27, 2011. Florence enjoyed family
gatherings, gardening, and collecting. Before her marriage,
she worked as a long distance telephone operator in the St. Louis
area. There she met and married Howard Bay in 1942,
They had been married for almost 62 years when Howard passed away
in May of 2004. She was a wonderful wife and mother and is
survived by three children: Donna Budnick (Mike) of Winchester,
Tennessee, Judith Bay of Grant, and Randy Bay (Cindy) of Littleton,
Colorado, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be in St. Louis, Missouri at a later
date.
