David Allen Folsom - Age 64 - of Guntersville, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2011 at Huntsville Hospital.  Service for Mr. Folsom will be Monday, July 18, 2011 at 2 pm at Carr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glenn Vanzandt officiating and Carr Funeral Home Directing.  Interment will be in Gilbreath Cemetery on Warrenton Road.  Visitation for Mr. Folsom will be Sunday, July 16, 2011 from 6 until 8 pm at Carr Funeral Home.

David Allen Folsom was born in the State of Alabama, May 23, 1947; the Son of Buford and Charlie Novella Steele Folsom.

Mr. Folsom is survived by his wife, Vickie Folsom, of Guntersville; 2 Daughters: Amy Cagle and her husband, Beau, of Guntersville and Kara Folsom of Guntersville; 2 Grandchildren: Auston Cagle and Abbie Cagle; 2 Brothers: Charles Folsom and his Wife, Joan, of Huntsville and Wallace Folsom and his Wife, Teresa, of Florida; and 2 Sisters: Mary McClendon and her husband, Charlie, of Guntersville and Rachel Hughes and her husband, Marlon, of Guntersville.  Mr. Folsom was preceded in death by his Parents, Buford and Novella Folsom; 3 Brothers: Jim Folsom, Benny Folsom, and Jodie Folsom; and a Grandson, Joseph David Cagle.
