Carolyn Jean Jowers - Age 65 - of Guntersville, passed away on
Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Service for Mrs. Jowers will be Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 2 pm at
Carr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steven Swords officiating and
Carr Funeral Home Directing. Visitation for Mrs. Jowers will
be Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 12 until 2 pm at Carr Funeral Home
Chapel.
Carolyn Jean Jowers was born in the state of Alabama, January
24, 1946; the daughter of Woodrow and Edna Mae Carpenter
Pierce.
Mrs. Jowers is survived by her husband, Lonnie Jowers, of
Guntersville; 3 Sons: Michael Jowers of Guntersville, Eric Jowers
of Guntersville, and Scotty Jowers of Guntersville; 2 daughters:
Cindy Redington and her husband, Mitchell, of Guntersville and Pam
Jowers of Guntersville; 9 Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandchild; and 1
Sister, Jessie Barrett of Selma.
